My ministry experience began over 30 years ago, when I served in music ministry and pursued a degree in music performance and education. After 11 years teaching in the public schools, I returned to ministry, and have served on modern and traditional worship media teams, as children’s ministry director, a discipleship team member, a founding member of a family ministries team, and currently serve as Preschool Director at Shiloh United Methodist Church in Cincinnati. My time in education has led to a masters degree in Instructional Technology, created a passion for training teachers to integrate technology into daily learning, and taught me to assess and rebuild systems that support staff. My calling is to help others embrace their gifts and areas of growth, so that team members may support one another through the practice of “building others up, according to their need.” (Ephesians 4:29)
